CampusStay is a student-only accommodation discovery platform. We help students find PGs, hostels, shared rooms, and student-friendly rooms near colleges and universities.

Users must provide accurate information while creating an account, searching, contacting owners, or listing a property.

Owners are responsible for providing correct property details, including rent, food availability, rules, location, photos, appliances, and availability status.

CampusStay may review, edit, reject, or remove listings that are fake, misleading, incomplete, or inappropriate.

Students should verify property details, visit the property if needed, and confirm rent, rules, safety, and facilities before making any payment or final decision.

CampusStay tries to maintain accurate information, but we do not guarantee that every listing is always complete, available, or error-free.

If paid features are introduced, such as featured listings, verification, or lead-based services, pricing and payment terms will be clearly mentioned before purchase.

Users must not:

CampusStay is a discovery platform. We are not responsible for disputes, payments, rent agreements, property conditions, personal safety issues, or agreements made directly between students and owners.

CampusStay may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
